This invention relates to the mining industry, namely to the executive bodies of coal plows.
The aim of the invention is to simplify the design of the actuator and increase the rigidity of the tool attachment.

The coal planing actuator (FIGS. 1-5) consists of a tool holder I and a cutter 2, the cutting edge of which is equipped with a hard alloy plate 3. The tool holder 1 can be fixed removably or motionless on the coal jet or on a excavation machine or on a driving machine.
To install the cutter 2, the tool holder 1 has a slot 4 that is open to the coal face. The socket 4 has a cavity 6 in the depth behind the wall of the socket 5. On the opposite side of the socket 4 there is an end opening 7 which is located behind the terminal 8 between the latter and the base of the socket 9.
The cutter 2 consists of a plate which, at its rear end, has a shank 10 or the like, which, when the cutter 2 is installed in the socket 4, enters the cavity 6 and, like a hook, clings to the wall 5, thereby eliminating the possibility of cutter 2 from slot 4 (4 “g. 4). The wedge contact surface for the cylindrical key 14. The back surface 15 of the web 8 is set rounded and convex toward the socket 4. The center 16 of the surface of the web 8 is slightly outward relative to the center 17 of the end surface 13 of the cutter 2 (FIG. 4) so that both the surfaces 13 and 15 form a wedge gap, which narrows into a wedge from one end, located in the end opening 7 of the holder, to the other 4 4, which is located on the other side of the web B. The rounded wall 15 of the web 8 has a long length. Well arc 150-170. The cylindrical key 14 (FIGS. 2 and 4) has an arc length that is 10-40 greater than the arc length of surface 15 of lintel 8. The cutter 2 is inserted into the slot 4 of the toolholder 1 with rotation, and with its shank 10 it captures the wall 5 and its support surface 11 comes into contact with the surface 12.
Then a cylindrical key 14 is hammered into the wedge slot between the surfaces 13 and 5 by hammering the thick end of the wedge 21 through the guide hole 7, so that the cutter 2 is fixed and spread in the slot 4 of the tool holder 1. If the cutter loosens during operation, it can be tightened by further driving the cylindrical key 14, after which the second tongue 20 can be bent to fix the key. The actuator (Fig. 6) differs from the design of the holder of the cutter 1 (Figures 1-5) mainly in that the rear wall 5 of the socket 4 has a convex curved to the side of the internal cavity of the socket 4, which is shown in cross section, 12. The contour of the contact surface 12 of the rear wall 5 of the socket 4 basically corresponds to the outer contour of the cylindrical key 14, i.e. the wedge surface, which is adjacent to the concave end surface 12 of the cutter 2. Such a device allows for fixing in the tool holder 1 for choice either a simple cutter with a single cutting plate or a double cutter 2 which has symmetrically located relative to the central plane 22 cutting plates 3 and 3 and circumferentially concave surfaces 11 and 12, one of which forms a contact surface with a cylindrical key, and the other a support surface with which the double cutter rests on the vaulted surface 12 of the wall and 5 sockets 4. When installing, the cutter (Fig. 6) with its rear support surface 11 rests on the vaulted surface 12 of the wall 5 of the socket 4, while the front end surface 13 forms a contact surface with a cylindrical key. Since the cutter 2 is made symmetrical, this allows it to be installed in the holder with a 180 ° rotation. In this case, the surface 11 forms the KOH clocking surface with a cylindrical key 14, while the surface 3 forms the surface of the double cutter bearing on the wall 5. The shank 10 (FIG. 6) is formed by rounding the corner at the base 23 of the concave surfaces 11 and 13 respectively. .
The contact surface of the tool (Figs. 7 and 8), located in the zone of the rear wall 5 of the socket 4, is formed by a cylindrical pin 24, which with its ends is embedded in the holes 25 that are round under the pin, located in opposite side walls 26 of the tool holder 1 and which, in the area between the side walls 26, rests on the surface of the partially cylindrical recess 27 in the rear wall 5 of the socket

4. The cutter has on its back side a correspondingly formed concave support surface 11, with which the cutter rests on a cylindrical pin 24. The support surface 11 covers the cylindrical pin 24 at least 160-180 ° along an arc. Thus, the rounded surface 11 forms a sostovik 10, with which the cutter grips the pin 24. The toolholder 1 is made mainly in the form of a casting, the cylindrical pin is made mainly of stainless steel. It is recommended that the pin 24 in the hole 25 of the toolholder 1 be fitted with tension. The described tool holder 1 with a cutter stop, made in the form of a pin 24, is applicable in the proposed actuator, in which an arcuate wedge or cylindrical key 14 is used to secure the cutter. In addition, it can be used in devices in which instead of a cylindrical key other known fasteners.
